Transaction forms:
We will receive and deliver documents free for orders over 30 pages.
To make an order, you need to deposit from 30% to 50% of the contract value.
If your company orders less than 10 pages, you just need to send the certificate to request the translation which provides fully related information, having the signature and stamp, we will carry out translating without deposit .
For customers who regularly use our translating service will get preferential regime.

Translation price for notarizing:
Translation rate + 10,000 VND for signature certifying + Printing+ Photo.

Offering preferential price for customers requesting large amount of translation:
5% discount for 100-500 pages
10% discount for 500-1000 pages
15% discount for over 1,000 pages
Note:
The above translation price excluding VAT (10%).
For specialized documents such as economic, technical, commercial, financial...contracts, 25% of the above price will be added.
For urgent translation or on holidays, translation rate will increase 25%. Normally, the order for over 50 pages of English or over 20 pages for other languages are considered urgent cases.
Revised document: Revision rate will equal to 50% of the translation rate. If the revision is wrong more than 10%, it will equal to translation rate.
Number of words on one page can be defined as 300 (using automatic Word Count system). In the case your documents are hard copies unable to count by Word, word number will be based on probabilities or the translated documents. The number of word then will be re-defined and usually the different level is 10-20%.
The rate for translating from a foreign language into another foreign language will equal to the price of translating from the foreign language into Vietnamese plus from Vietnamese into the second foreign language.
